Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; soy bran powder (Glycine soja), sorbitol, ferrous gluconate, hazelnut pericarp powder (Corylus avellana), wheat germ powder (Triticum sativum), bean seed powder (Phaseolus vulgare), Rosehip fruit powder (Rosa canina); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; ascorbic acid, calcium phosphate, nicotinamide, copper gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cyanocobalamin.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 2 tablets daily before meals, swallowed with a little water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take during pregnancy. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), medical advice is necessary.
