Food supplement in swallowable tablets based on chelated Iron, Vitamin C and Folic Acid.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen in the body, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, to be swallowed with a sip of water. It is preferable to take the tablet on an empty stomach. It can also be taken by subjects with gluten intolerance or sensitivity.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
