Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, while vitamin C increases iron absorption. Folic acid, together with iron and vitamin C, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Sweeteners: sorbitol, steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose; Lipofer microencapsulated iron (Ferric pyrophosphate, corn starch; emulsifier: lecithins), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), bamboo fiber, flavouring, Quatrefolic [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt].

How to use
