3% NaCl hypertonic saline solution, sterile and ready to use, indicated as an adjunct in the treatment of respiratory conditions with impaired mucociliary clearance.
Thanks to the presence of sodium bicarbonate, it performs a buffering function, correcting the pH of the rhinopharyngeal mucosa.

Directions for use
ADULTS: one vial per nostril 1-2 times a day or as directed by a doctor.
CHILDREN: half a vial per nostril 1-2 times a day or as directed by a doctor.

Carefully wash the nebulizer ampoule, strictly following the instructions of the manufacturer of the inhaler device used.
Gently place the dispenser close to the nasal vestibule and spray both nostrils.
In aerosol therapy, RINOREX DOCCIA can be used alone or to dilute other medications; in the latter case, follow the instructions on the packaging of the medication to be diluted.
The 3% hypertonic saline solution cannot be combined, due to visual incompatibility, with sodium cromoglicate.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
The product is for inhalation use only; the vial is not intended for oral use.
The vial is single-dose, non-resealable, and not reusable once opened.
The first use of the product must be under the supervision of a doctor or qualified personnel.
Use by children must be under adult supervision.
Inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline solution in particularly sensitive patients may cause episodes of bronchospasm; in such cases, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor to establish appropriate supportive therapy (e.g., use of bronchodilators).
In some cases, nebulization may cause a mild and transient local irritation.
Contraindicated for those who suffer from hypersensitivity to the components.
Use, especially prolonged use, may give rise to sensitization phenomena; if this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor to establish appropriate therapy.
It is important to report to your doctor or pharmacist any side effects not described in this leaflet.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C, away from direct light and heat sources.
Keep away from humidity.
