Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; N-acetylcysteine, berberine from Berberis aristata DC. root and bark, Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), acetyl-carnitine hydrochloride, alpha-lipoic acid, dry extract of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) titrated to 2.5% in withanolides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coenzyme Q10, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
We recommend taking three tablets daily: one tablet between meals and the other two in the evening, before bedtime.
