Ingredients
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruit powder, vegetable carbon, gelatin, chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) flower lyophilized extract, caraway (Carum carvi) fruit powder, cumin (Cuminum cyminum) fruit powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) essential oil, peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules once or twice a day immediately after main meals if abdominal tension is due to digestive processes, or away from meals in all other cases.

Warnings
Vegetable carbon can reduce the absorption of certain medicines if taken simultaneously.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
