Sweet fennel seeds (fruits).

Directions for use
One filter is enough to prepare a cup of herbal tea (about 100 ml).
Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and steep for 5-7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to prevent the most volatile substances from dispersing.
Honey is recommended for sweetening.
