Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, with chamomile and lemon balm.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime) and alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination).
Thanks to chamomile and lemon balm extracts, it helps relaxation, in a physiological and natural way, promoting sleep.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take Fisioreve Drops as is or diluted in a little water or warm milk. The intake and dosages of Fisioreve Drops should be based on individual needs and in relation to the need. 4 drops correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
Shake before use.
