Description
Dietary supplement based on L-tryptophan, chelated magnesium (in bisglycinate form), vitamin D3, vitamin B2, niacin, and melatonin, indicated in cases of increased need or insufficient dietary intake of these nutrients.
Fisioreve Tens provides a high dosage of bioavailable magnesium without gastrointestinal side effects (e.g., diarrhea or gastric heaviness) thanks to the particular formulation of the mineral salt, which is supplied in chelated form.
Magnesium plays a fundamental role during muscle decontraction: excessive and prolonged contraction can lead to phenomena such as nocturnal cramps, muscle contractures, and general muscle fatigue.
Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
Magnesium, niacin, and vitamin B2 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, dissolving the content in half a glass of water (approximately 150 ml).
