Description
Fisioreve Tripto is a food supplement based on Tryptophan, Melatonin, with Chamomile and Lemon Balm, indicated in cases of increased need or insufficient dietary intake of these nutrients.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning it is not produced endogenously and therefore must be introduced through diet; furthermore, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids consumed, so its concentration can often be deficient. Tryptophan is the sole precursor of Serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and Melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle and is fundamental in various sleep stages, especially during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) phases.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*.
Thanks to Chamomile and Lemon Balm extracts, it offers physiological and natural support for relaxation and mental well-being. In particular, Chamomile extracts promote restorative sleep.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Fisioreve Tripto shortly before bedtime, either as is or diluted in water or warm milk, using the graduated pipette included in the package. After use, wash the graduated pipette under running water before storing it in its designated container. Shake the bottle well before use.
The intake and dosages of Fisioreve Tripto, to facilitate falling asleep and for night awakenings, should be based on individual needs and in relation to the requirement; 0.5 ml corresponds to 1 mg of Melatonin. The product does not cause daytime drowsiness or addiction.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place.
