Instructions for use
Adults: 1 tablespoon 4 times a day;
Children: from 3 to 12 years: 1/2 tablespoon 4 times a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
