Indications
A useful adjuvant to counteract the discomforts of menopause.

Dosage and Method of Use
1 or 2 tablets daily.

Characteristics
With the decrease in estrogen and progesterone levels, discomforts such as depression, mood swings, irritability, palpitations, hot flashes, and sleep disturbances may appear. The risk of osteoporosis and the onset of cardiovascular diseases increases. It is an alternative to both conventional hormone therapy and the use of soy phytoestrogens.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy.

Components
Red clover standardized to 10% isoflavones; wild yam standardized to 20% diosgenin; hawthorn standardized to 1.5% vitexin; griffonia standardized to 95% 5-hydroxytryptophan; vitamin E; vitamin D3; zinc gluconate.
