How to use
It is recommended to take 3-6 capsules daily.

Ingredients
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), lactobacillus acidophilus LA3, streptococcus thermophilus SP4, lactobacillus bulgaricus SP96, lactococcus lactis SP38, bifidobacterium bifidum SP9.
Thickener: rice starch, carrot (daucus carota l.) powder.
Thickener: microcrystalline cellulose.
Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
