Description
Medical device for inhalational use based on propolis and plant extracts of grapefruit, echinacea, thyme, and 2.0% sodium chloride. Fluistar A is a ready-to-use, pale yellow, slightly hypertonic, sterile solution for aerosolization.
Fluistar A is indicated for acute and chronic conditions of the upper respiratory tract, particularly the rhinosinusal and rhinopharyngeal areas.

Ingredients
Dry extract of grapefruit seeds (Citrus paradisi), dry extract of echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia) titrated to 0.6% echinacosides, dry extract of wild thyme (Thymus serpyllum), lyophilized dry extract of propolis (Propolis) titrated to 2.5% galangin, 2.0% sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, disodium sulfate dihydrate, maltodextrin, purified water q.s. to 100 ml.

How to use
For acute conditions such as rhinosinusitis, whether allergic or infectious, 2 inhalations per day are recommended for a minimum of 5 consecutive days or until symptoms improve. It is also advisable to repeat a 5-day cycle in patients at risk of allergic or infectious manifestations, even 4 weeks after treatment, for prophylactic purposes. For chronic conditions, treatment cycles are recommended for a minimum of 5 consecutive days per month for at least 4-5 times during the year or as prescribed by a doctor. The product can be used with all types of aerosol devices (piston, ultrasonic, etc.) and nasal douches. Fluistar A contains no preservatives and is suitable for frequent and prolonged use.
1) Bend the single-dose container in both directions and detach it from the strip of 5 containers to which it is sealed.
2) Gently shake the single-dose container before use.
3) Twist and break the cap of the container.
4) Apply moderate pressure to the sides of the single-dose container, dispense the solution in the indicated amount, and place it into the nebulizer's ampoule (aerosol device).
5) Ready-to-use solution, do not dilute.
6) The solution in the container is for single patient and single use.
7) Any residual solution in the container or nebulizer ampoule after use must be discarded.

Warnings
Before use, carefully read all the information contained in the package leaflet. The product is for inhalational use only, do not swallow. Do not use the product if the containers are not perfectly intact. Keep out of reach of children. Before opening the container for administration, it is recommended to wash hands thoroughly. Before starting therapy, it is recommended to blow your nose. When placing into the ampoule, do not touch other surfaces with the dispensing end of the container. Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even a single component of the formulation. In case of disorders such as bronchospasm or cough during use, immediately stop treatment and consult a doctor. The administration of drugs for inhalational use concurrently with Fluistar A solution must be carried out under medical supervision and at a time distant from the use of Fluistar A inhalational solution. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package. Once the container is opened, immediately pour out the content and do not reuse any residual content. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct exposure to sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and keep it inside the carton.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.

Pack containing 10 single-dose plastic containers of 3 ml in strips of 5 containers.
