Description
Food for special medical purposes for low-birth-weight premature infants.
Formulat 0 is a complete food indicated for the dietary management of premature infants with a birth weight between 1,500 and 2,500 g, to promote adequate weight recovery.

Instructions for use
Shake the carton before opening and pour the necessary amount into a previously sterilized bottle. Heat in a bain-marie to approximately 37°C before feeding.

Warnings
Use the product under medical supervision. Formulat 0 is suitable as a sole source of nutrition from birth. Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. If breastfeeding is not possible or sufficient, a formula milk may be used on the advice of a pediatrician. Incorrect preparation or storage can pose health risks.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, avoid exposure to localized heat sources and sunlight. The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly in an unopened package.
Shelf life in unopened package: 9 months.
After opening the carton, store the product in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Do not reuse any milk left in the bottle after feeding.
