Oberm.] radix, Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus, Musta (Cyperus rotundus L.) radix, Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris L.) herba, Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Brihatgokshura (Pedalium murex L.) fructus, Mandukparni (Centella asiatica L.) herba, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix; powder of: Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) pericarpium, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome, Long Pepper (Piper longum L.) fructus, Black Pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fructus; zinc oxide; stabilizers: gum arabic, starch, calcium carbonate; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; dry extract of: Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fructus, Bilva (Aegle marmelos Correa) cortex; coating agent: HPMC.

Directions for use
1 tablet twice a day before meals.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
