Description
Food supplement of phospholipids, nucleotides and ashwagandha, with vitamins and minerals.
The components contribute to:
- normal energy metabolism (vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and biotin);
- reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin C, B2, B5, B6, B12 and folate);
- normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function (vitamin C, B1, B3, B6, B12 and biotin);
- protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamin E and selenium);
- tonic, useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue (ashwagandha).

Directions for use
Take one sachet (3 g) per day, in a glass of water (200 ml). Pour the powder into the glass, add water and stir before drinking.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Suitable for vegetarians.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a maximum temperature of 25°C, away from light and/or heat sources.
