Ingredients
Fucus (fucus vesiculosus) thallus dry extract 28%; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; bulking agent: silicified microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrins; anti-caking agent: 72% vegetable magnesium stearate; fucus (fucus vesiculosus) thallus dry extract titrated to 0.1% in total iodine 225 mg 0.225 mg (150% RDA).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets daily, in the morning or afternoon, away from meals, with plenty of water or other liquid.
