Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, and zinc to normal fertility and reproduction.
Coenzyme Q10 (vitamin Q or ubiquinone) plays a fundamental role as an electron transporter in the oxidative phosphorylation process that takes place in the mitochondria, an organelle directly involved in metabolic-energy processes and protection against oxidizing agents.
In particular, mitochondria are present in large numbers in sperm cells, where they provide the energy necessary for sperm motility and vitality.
N-acetylcysteine is one of the molecules mainly used by our body for the production of reduced glutathione.
Glutathione is a low molecular weight molecule involved in maintaining redox balance, an essential condition for defending the cell from free radical damage.
Furthermore, it is an important cofactor for enzymatic reactions that protect the cell from oxidative stress.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, the regulation of hormonal activity and normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the cell division process.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet, twice a day, between meals.
