Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac) tuber powder, garcinia (Garcinia cambogia Gaernt Desr.) fruit peel dry extract titrated to 55% hydroxycitric acid, gelatin (capsule); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules before main meals, with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. For people with swallowing difficulties or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake, there may be a possible choking hazard. In order for the product to reach the stomach, it must be taken with plenty of water. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
