Description
Fitostimoline Plus cream is a medical device consisting of a water-dispersible dermatological cream contained in an aluminum tube. With Rigenase (wheat extract) and polyhexanide. Fitostimoline Plus cream forms a protective barrier against the external environment, creating favorable conditions for rapid and correct re-epithelializing action on the skin and helping to control its microenvironment; therefore, the product is indicated for the treatment of ulcers, sores, wounds, first and second-degree burns, scalds, and abrasions. Rigenase is a specific wheat extract. The presence of polyhexanide reduces the risk of bacterial contamination.

Components
Rigenase (Wheat extract), polyhexanide, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 1,500, polyethylene glycol 3,000, polyethylene glycol 4,000, liquid paraffin, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, purified water.

Instructions for use
For first use, pierce the tube with the perforator located on the top of the cap. Spread the necessary amount of cream on the affected area and cover with sterile gauze, possibly soaked with the same cream. For subsequent dressings, unless there are specific contraindications, the area can be washed with water beforehand, as the cream is completely water-dispersible and leaves no residue. Applications, depending on the extent, size, and location of the manifestations, can be reduced to simple absorption massages. After use, close the tube by screwing on the appropriate cap. Treatment frequency: follow your doctor's advice.

Warnings
No undesirable effects have been reported. However, it is important to report any onset of undesirable effects to your doctor or pharmacist. Contraindicated in case of known or suspected hypersensitivity to the components. The use, especially prolonged use, of all topical products can lead to sensitization phenomena. If this occurs, treatment must be discontinued and, if necessary, appropriate therapy instituted. No interactions or incompatibilities with other products are known. Before use, carefully read the package insert. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not swallow and avoid contact with eyes. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package; the expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged.

Storage
Store the product at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Do not freeze. Do not discard the container after use.
Shelf life of intact packaging: 36 months.
