Gauze Dressings
DescriptionIndicated for the treatment of uninfected wounds and burns, with or without exudate, leg ulcers, including those of venous origin, fissures, fistulas, pressure ulcers, post-operative wounds, abrasive dermatoses, and chemical-physical abrasions.
Instructions for use
Clean the wound thoroughly before each application, then proceed as described below.
Open the sachet containing the gauze and, after removing the two protective sheets, apply the gauze to the wound.
This dressing can be kept in place with an appropriate bandage.
Apply the gauze every 24 hours until complete healing.
Complete wound healing should be assessed by a doctor.
Components
Each gauze is impregnated with 4 g of cream containing: hyaluronic acid (sodium salt) 0.05%, anhydrous pure glycerin, polyethylene glycol 4000, deionized water.
Warnings
Intended for single use only.
Ialuset gauze is sterile. Do not re-sterilize.
Do not reuse ialuset gauze to avoid any risk of contamination.
Follow appropriate procedures for cleaning and disinfecting wounds, burns, and adjacent skin areas.
Cream remaining on the wound from the previous application can be easily cleaned off with water before each subsequent application.
The use of ialuset gauze on venous ulcers does not preclude the use of compression therapy (stockings or bandages).
Do not use ialuset gauze if the packaging is damaged.

Do not ingest.
Keep out of reach of children.
It should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid (sodium salt) or to one or more of the other components.
Storage
Store at temperatures below 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
