IRIDIUM Baby wipes
Description
Indicated for the removal of crusts, rheum, or secretions from eyelids and eyelashes caused by inflammatory and/or infectious phenomena. Its use is also recommended in conjunction with specific therapies for allergic, inflammatory, or infectious ocular conditions. IRIDIUM Baby wipes are used for periocular treatment before and after ophthalmic surgery and during treatments for lacrimal canaliculus obstructions.
How to use
After cleaning hands thoroughly, open the sachet and remove the wipe. Apply the wipe to the eyelid area, passing it gently, to allow adequate removal of ocular secretions and any other deposits (smog, dust, powders, etc.). In case of particularly persistent secretions or lacrimal canaliculus obstruction, it is advisable to warm the closed sachet for a few minutes in warm water (approx. 40°C) and then use the wipe as a warm compress, massaging gently. It is also possible to squeeze the contents of the wipe onto the closed eye, tilting the head slightly, then massaging with the wipe until all residues are completely removed. In case of inflammation, it is advisable to cool the closed sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours and then apply the open wipe to the eye, keeping it in place for a few minutes as a cold compress.
