Description
Practical reusable gel pack suitable for heating (hot water and microwave) or cooling (freezer) for non-pharmacological pain relief. With a convenient cloth-pouch for application.
Directions for use
-Cold: Place in the freezer for at least 1.5-2 hours. Remove, insert the pack into the special cloth-pouch and apply to the affected area.
