How to use
Apply 2-3 times a day to affected areas with a light massage and circular motions from bottom to top.

Ingredients
Aqua (water), propylene glycol, glycerin, Arnica montana flower extract, Centella asiatica extract, Hedera helix (ivy) extract, Melilotus officinalis extract, Ruscus aculeatus root extract, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, caffeine, diosmine, escin, ethylhexylglycerin, menthol, menthyl lactate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol, PPG-26-buteth-26, sodium benzoate, triethanolamine.

Fragrance-free, paraben-free, and alcohol-free.

Warnings
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Do not apply to skin areas near the eyes, avoiding any contact with them, as well as with mucous membranes. Do not apply to broken skin.
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, variations in color from batch to batch are possible. The minimum shelf life refers to the product in an intact package, stored correctly.
