Properties
It can help alleviate and prevent symptoms and disorders related to menopause, such as: atrophy of the skin and mucous membranes, increased risk of cardiovascular and degenerative diseases, hypertension, anxiety-depressive syndrome, palpitations, hot flashes, lipid metabolism disorders, risk of osteoporosis.

Ingredients
Black Cohosh rhizome dry extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), Soy seeds dry extract (Glycine soja), calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, Red Clover plant dry extract (Trifolium pratense), Horsetail aerial parts dry extract (Equisetum arvense), Alfalfa plant dry extract (Medicago sativa), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water before the main meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
