Description
Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement designed for pregnant or breastfeeding women, with EPA and DHA. The maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the fetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, which is 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Ingredients
Tablet: calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide; bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zinc gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), manganese gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, sodium selenite, D-biotin, chromium picolinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Softgel: fish oil tit. 10% in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 50% in DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol).

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet and 1 softgel daily with plenty of water.
