Description
Dietary supplement consisting of a concentrate of isolated whey protein, free amino acids (L-arginine, L-ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-tryptophan, L-taurine, L-cysteine, L-hydroxyproline and L-citrulline), L-carnitine and Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin B6 and Zinc.
Useful for muscle mass growth and maintenance.

Instructions for use
The normal ordinary food ration can be supplemented by taking one sachet dissolved in room temperature or lukewarm water, other liquids or yogurt before meals.
To improve palatability, small amounts of coffee, unsweetened cocoa, and various flavorings can be added.
We recommend using an immersion blender for perfect dissolution.

Warnings
In case of prolonged use (beyond 6-8 weeks), medical advice is required. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, during pregnancy, and for children under 14 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
