How to use
Shake the can. Spray evenly from a distance of about 20 cm onto the bruised area for no more than 3-4 seconds.

Warnings
Do not apply the product too close to the skin, or for too long, to avoid causing a cold burn. Avoid spraying in the eyes, on wounds, abrasions, excoriations, and mucous membranes. For external use.
