Description
Shortbread biscuits with gluten-free buckwheat. Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Ingredients
Cereal flours 49% (corn 21%, rice 21%, wholemeal buckwheat 7%, on the finished product), sugar, high oleic sunflower oil, 10% extra dark chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter; emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavourings), puffed rice 5.5%, dietary fiber (inulin), 3.5% fresh eggs, potato starch, skimmed milk powder, butter, corn starch, High Quality fresh pasteurized whole milk, cane molasses, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), whole sea salt; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavourings.

May contain mustard, hazelnuts and other nuts.
Gluten-free.
