Ingredients
Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] seeds dry extract (10% 5-hydroxytryptophan) on corn maltodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon from bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems.

Directions for use
Take 3 tablets daily, between meals.

The product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
