Description
GutLife Cream is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with inflammation and skin irritation in the anal and perianal area. GutLife Cream's specific formulation, with fatty acids (F.A.G.), hyaluronic acid, and escin, provides protective, lubricating, and soothing actions and aids in the normalization processes of the anal skin. GutLife Cream reduces and alleviates pain, itching, redness, and burning in subjects undergoing radiotherapy, thermal, and chemical stress. GutLife Cream is also useful before and/or after manual and/or instrumental rectal examinations and as an adjuvant in the post-infectious phase and after proctological interventions.

Instructions for use
During radiotherapy, apply GutLife Cream after exposure to the affected area until fully absorbed and continue application every 6/8 hours, or as otherwise advised by a doctor or pharmacist, gently massaging the anus and perianal area.
For other uses, apply to the affected area 2 or 3 times a day with a gentle massage applied to the anus and perianal area until fully absorbed. Continue application until symptoms disappear.
In the case of manual and/or instrumental rectal examinations, it is advisable to apply the cream to the affected area 5-10 minutes before and/or after the examination.

Warnings
Biocompatibility studies conducted have not shown contraindications or undesirable effects; however, the use of the product should be avoided in patients with a history of hypersensitivity or confirmed allergy to any of its components. Inform your doctor or pharmacist about the onset of undesirable effects attributable to the product not described in this leaflet.
Do not use GutLife Cream on open or weeping sores and/or wounds, or in case of an infected wound. Discontinue use in case of irritation or undesirable effects and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Use in adults. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Store at room temperature (not above 25 °C) in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources or direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze the product. Ensure the container is closed after each application. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
