Directions for use
It is recommended to take it 1-2 weeks before sun exposure and one sachet in the morning before sun exposure. Dissolve the sachet directly in the mouth or in water/fruit juice before sun exposure.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Heliocare food supplements should be used in combination with topical photoprotectors. Sun exposure should be avoided during peak radiation hours (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
