Humana 3 has a balanced formula with a balanced protein content. It is formulated to provide children with the nutrients to grow naturally, in the right quantities according to their age. It accompanies the natural pace of a child's growth without accelerating or decelerating it.
It contains iron, which contributes to normal cognitive development, ALA, alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that contributes to brain and nerve tissue development, and vitamins A and C and zinc, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use
Carefully follow the instructions for use.
Sterilize the bottle or cup before each use. Prepare the milk before each meal, using only the scoop provided in the package, and administer immediately.
Inappropriate preparation and usage can be harmful to a child's health.
To reconstitute Humana 3 milk, add one level, unpressed scoop of powder (approx. 4.8 g) for every 30 ml of water, preferably low-mineralized (such as Humana Amorosa).
Boil the water and let it cool to 50°C, then pour 210 ml into the bottle. Add 7 scoops of powder, leveling with the specific leveller. Close the bottle and shake it to dissolve the powder. Cool under running water to approx. 37°C and check the temperature.
A daily consumption of two 230 ml bottles or cups of milk is recommended.
The quantities of milk reported are indicative; the dosage may vary, subject to pediatrician's advice, based on the child's needs.
Humana 3 growing-up milk is suitable for feeding children from one year of age as a complement and integration to a varied and balanced diet.

Warnings
Do not heat in the microwave, risk of burns. Do not reuse leftover milk.
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants even during weaning and after one year of age. Humana 3 cannot be considered as the sole nutritional source.
For proper dental hygiene, do not use the milk bottle as a pacifier.

Storage
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Validity after opening: 3 weeks.
Validity of unopened packaging: 18 months.
