HYALO4 CARE GEL
Description
A topical preparation consisting of hyaluronic acid as the main component. Hyaluronic acid is a biological polysaccharide (glycosaminoglycan) distributed in the extracellular matrix of many tissues.
Thanks to its hydrophilic properties, it provides a hydrated space around and between cells, thus facilitating cell migration. HYALO4 CARE is available in different forms (HYALO4 CARE Cream, Gauze and Gel).
Being colorless, HYALO4 CARE GEL is preferable for aesthetic reasons.
Indicated for the treatment of skin irritations and lesions. In particular, it is intended to cover acute and chronic wounds (abrasions, tissue donor sites, post-operative incisions, first and second-degree burns, vascular and metabolic ulcers, and pressure sores) and to provide a moist environment, thereby protecting against abrasions, friction, and desiccation.
Instructions for use
Wounds or ulcers must be cleaned and disinfected before treatment. Apply a thin layer of gel to the wound surface, two or three times a day for no more than 30 consecutive days.
The treated area should be covered with a sterile gauze and a sterile dressing.
Components
Main component: 0.2% sodium hyaluronate.
Other components: 70% sorbitol solution, sodium dehydroacetate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, carbomer 980, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
