Calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate; shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-theanine, grapefruit (Citrus paradisi Macfad., seeds) d.e. titrated to 50% in bioflavonoids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; tyndallized lactobacillus rhamnosus SGL06 (contains lactose and casein), tyndallized lactobacillus reuteri SGL01 (contains lactose and casein), tyndallized lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take two capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.
