Ingredients
Bulking agents: calcium phosphates, cellulose; L-theanine (from Camellia sinensis), Centella [Centella asiatica (L.) Urb., herb] dry extract titrated to 20% min in total terpenes, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Bacopa [Bacopa Monnieri (L.) Wettst., herb] d.e. titrated to 20% min in total bacosides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone; astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow algae) powder; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer, talc, calcium carbonate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerol, magnesium carbonates, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium phosphates, hydroxypropyl cellulose, fatty acids, cellulose; colorant: iron oxides and hydroxides.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably just before one of the main meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not take in case of known or suspected allergy to one or more of the components.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, moisture and heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
