Instructions for use
Take 1 sachet per day for at least 1 month and repeat the cycle 3-4 times a year.
Take away from meals, preferably in the morning upon waking, dissolving the content of one sachet under the tongue before swallowing.
To facilitate absorption, it is recommended not to consume food or drinks for 5 minutes after taking the powder.
