Riboflavin and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Zinc contributes to normal fertility, normal reproduction, and normal DNA synthesis.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; betaine hydrochloride, L-cystine; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc bisglycinate; stabilizer: cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose; niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folates [(6S)5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with water, preferably away from meals.
