Cronilief PEA phospholipid (palmitoylethanolamide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), bromelain 5,000 GDU/g [from Ananas comosus (L.) Merr., stem], devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens DC) root d.e. titrated to 2.2% in harpagoside, Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr) gum-resin d.e. titrated to 65% in boswellic acids; outer coating (capsule shell): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; L-selenomethionine.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 to 4 capsules daily, away from meals, swallowed with plenty of water.
