Food supplement containing diosgenin, alpha-lactalbumin and vitamin D, useful for providing an additional intake of its constituent nutrients in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need.
Dioscorea villosa counteracts menstrual cycle discomfort. Vitamin D is involved in cell division processes.

Ingredients
Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome d.e. titrated to 20% in diosgenin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; alpha-lactalbumin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take two tablets daily.
