Myo-inositol, alpha-lactalbumin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet twice a day, away from meals.
To ensure a constant intake of inositol, the two sachets must be taken 12 hours apart.
Dissolve the contents in a glass of water.
