Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day (equal to 4.5 g) to be dissolved in 50 ml of water.

Myo-inositol, Soy (Glycine max (L.) Meyer) seed dry extract titrated 40% isoflavones, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) root dry extract titrated 20% diosgenin; Acidifier: Citric acid; Flavor, Color: Carotenes; Sweetener: Sucralose.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight.
