       Iodine
Is part of the thyroid hormone molecules T3 and T4 and indeed contributes to the normal production of these hormones and to regular thyroid activity.
       Selenium
Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
       Zinc
An essential component of numerous enzymes, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
       Magnesium
Plays an essential role in a large number of important cellular reactions.
       Vitamin D
Contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and helps maintain normal blood calcium levels; it also participates in the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and normal muscle function. Vitamin D also plays a role in the normal function of the immune system.
       Vitamin E
Primarily has antioxidant properties, as it contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
       Vitamin B1
Contributes to normal energy metabolism; Vitamin B1 deficiency is indeed associated with alterations in carbohydrate metabolism.
       Vitamin B2
Involved in various cellular oxidation-reduction reactions, it promotes the protection of cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal energy metabolism. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and normal skin; its deficiency causes skin and mucous membrane alterations.
       Vitamin B6
Contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.
       Vitamin B12
Contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal immune system function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 is also involved in the process of cell division.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor. Take on a full stomach.
