Properties
Myo-inositol is a polyol present in cell membranes, and its primary biological role is to mediate the messages of various hormones such as insulin, FSH, and TSH. In particular, at the thyroid level, it is involved in the formation of thyroid hormones, promoting the insertion of iodine into their respective precursors.
Iodine is an essential trace element not produced by the body, therefore it is only obtained through diet. Iodine is essential for the synthesis of thyroid hormones. In fact, deficiencies of this trace element cause various thyroid disorders, such as goiter and hypothyroidism.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet daily, preferably between meals.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor for the correct iodine intake.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
