Cascara sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana - bark) titrated to 10% cascaroside, Malva sylvestris (mallow - leaves) E/D:1/4, Rhamnus frangula (frangula - stem and branch bark) titrated to 7.5% in anthraquinone heterosides, Cassia angustifolia (senna - fruit - leaves) titrated to 8% in total sennosides, Curcuma longa titrated to 95% in curcumin (turmeric - rhizome), Bifidobacterium bifidum 100 MLD/g, Pimpinella anisum (green anise) titrated to 1% anethole (fruit), inositol, methionine, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

How to use
We recommend 2-3 tablets in the evening before going to bed.
