Description
Iridium A single-dose gel is an ophthalmic gel with carbopol, amino acids, Echinacea and Aloe extract, without preservatives. Iridium A single-dose gel is useful for the protection of the ocular surface, especially during nighttime hours, even in the presence of altered histological continuity and blepharitis, including those of iatrogenic nature secondary to the use of hypotonic eye drops and the preservatives contained therein.

Instructions for use
Instill 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac before going to sleep or as needed or as advised by your doctor.
Open the aluminum pouch and remove the strip. Separate a single-dose container from the strip. Open it by twisting the cap. Apply 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac. Discard the closed single-dose container with any remaining content.

Components
Main component: Carbopol 0.2%.
Other components: Glycolic extract of Echinacea, Glycolic extract of Aloe, L-proline, Glycine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-leucine, Sorbitol, Sodium chloride, Sodium hydroxide, Water for injections.

Warnings
Contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to the product components or other chemically related substances.
The product is for external ophthalmic use only.
To eliminate the risk of solution contamination, avoid the single-dose container coming into contact with the eye or other objects.
To avoid injury to the ocular surface, prevent the container from coming into contact with the eye during instillation.
The product is in single-dose packaging. After administration, any remaining content in the single-dose container must be discarded as the product does not contain preservatives. Reusing the remaining content could cause ophthalmic infection and/or harm to the patient.
The product is in single-dose packaging. The volume contained in the single-dose is for a single administration.
In case of concomitant administration of topical ophthalmic drugs, consult a doctor.
Do not use the product if the single-dose container is damaged.
Keep the preparation out of the sight and reach of children.
For contact lens wearers, the product should be administered between wearings. No undesirable effects are known after product administration. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor. A slight and temporary blurring of vision may occur after product application.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the single-dose container.
Do not dispose of in the environment.

Storage
Do not store above 25°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
