Description
Hypertonic solution based on pure seawater with a natural decongestant action on nasal mucous membranes. Hypertonic seawater clears the nose of excess mucus by osmosis. It is suitable for aerosol therapy.

Directions for use
Use up to a maximum of 3 times a day and for no longer than 2 weeks of treatment. Prolonged use could cause dehydration of the nasal mucous membrane.
Open the sealed vial by twisting the cap. Insert the single-dose vial into the nostrils of the lying child. Press the vial until the desired dose is released. For children who can use ISOMAR Decongestant Vials independently and for adults, alternately insert the vial into the nostrils, pressing each time, with the head tilted back, inhaling and closing the other nostril with a finger.
FOR AEROSOL THERAPY: insert the liquid into the aerosol device following the instructions for use provided with the device.

Components
Sterile hypertonic seawater.

Warnings
Do not use ISOMAR Decongestant Vials in infants under 6 months of age. Do not use in case of epistaxis.
Sterile non-injectable solution. Do not use in conjunction with other topical treatments. Do not use the same single-dose vial for both nasal hygiene and aerosol therapy. Do not mix with other solutions. Keep the vial out of reach of children. After opening, the vial must be used immediately and discarded after use. Failure to check the integrity of the vial could alter the functional characteristics of the product. Do not use beyond the expiry date. Do not disperse empty vials into the environment. In aerosol therapy, it is advisable to alternate the application of ISOMAR Decongestant Vials with pharmacological treatments. In some cases, the product may be minimally irritating.

Storage
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources at a temperature below 25 °C.
