Description
Fluidifying vials with hyaluronic acid in single-dose format, preservative-free, for nebulization. It acts through various mechanisms that facilitate the movement of secretions in the respiratory tract, improving breathing in the following ways:
- by breaking ionic bonds in the mucous gel, thereby reducing the viscosity and elasticity level of the secretion;
- by absorbing water from the mucosa and submucosa, thereby reducing swelling of the respiratory tract walls;
- by inducing coughing and expectoration, which can help eliminate mucus from the bronchi, improving respiratory tract obstruction.
Isomar Fluidifying vials with hyaluronic acid, in inhalation therapy, are particularly indicated for patients suffering from bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It can also be used as a vehicle for other inhaled pharmaceutical products.

Directions for use
It is recommended for use in pneumatic nebulizers, with which optimal operational results have been obtained. It is recommended to follow the instructions for use provided by the device manufacturer. Use 4 or 5 ml of solution in inhalation therapy in accordance with medical prescription.

Components
Sterile 3% sodium chloride solution, sodium hyaluronate.

Warnings
- Keep out of reach of children.
- This product is preservative-free. After opening, the vial must be used immediately and discarded after use to avoid the risk of contamination and causing any infection.
- Do not use in combination with other medicines, unless indicated by a doctor.
- In very sensitive patients, administration should be carried out according to medical prescription, as prior administration of a bronchodilator may be necessary.
- In case of bronchospasms or persistent cough, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date.
- Do not use if the vial is damaged.

Storage
Do not store above 25°C.
