Description
Food supplement based on lactic ferments, prebiotic fibers (fructo-oligosaccharides: FOS Actilight) and purple carrot juice. With sweeteners.
The Howaru Restore complex contains a total of 10 billion bacteria from 4 different strains, and its efficacy has been confirmed by several clinical studies.
Together with Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, it promotes the balance of bacterial flora and intestinal well-being.
FOS Actilight is a prebiotic, meaning a non-digestible food ingredient that selectively promotes the growth and activity of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract.
Purple carrot root juice contributes to the drainage of body fluids, promoting urinary tract function, the elimination of intestinal gas, and overall digestive function.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 orosoluble sachet per day. The content can be dissolved directly in the mouth or in a glass with about 100 ml of water or another non-hot liquid, to be drunk immediately. The product can be taken from 3 years of age.
